Storm Door Warranty
The Hampton Door Company, Inc. warrants that, under normal use, the Williamsburg Series Aluminum Storm Doors will not crack, split, flake, or rust for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the property on which the Williamsburg Series Storm Door was installed.
In addition, lock sets, closers and sweeps are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Glass and standard aluminum screen are excluded from the warranty.
Upon written proof -of- purchase, a defective door or component will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the Hampton Door Co., Inc., without charge. This warranty will not apply if the door has been abused or improperly installed. Labor is not included in our warranty. For customer assistance call your local distributor.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Tiger Wire Pet Proof Guarantee
The Hampton Door Company guarantees that, under normal conditions, the Williamsburg Series TigerWire screening will not rip or tear from a pet clawing, climbing, or jumping onto the TigerWire screen. This guarantee is good for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the property on which the TigerWire product was installed. Only the TigerWire screen material is covered under this guarantee. The frame and all other materials are covered under the above stated standard warranty.
